It’s said that the world was formed when the angel Inarius and the demon Lilith fell in love and created a new realm where their offspring, the Nephalem, would inherit both angelic and demonic powers. This forbidden union led to the birth of humanity and set the stage for the eternal conflict between Heaven and Hell.
Another intriguing myth is the story of the Prime Evils – Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal. These powerful demons were originally part of the Seven Evils until they were exiled by the Lesser Evils. Their quest for power and domination shaped the fate of the world and led to countless wars and tragedies.

As for the Prime Evils, Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal, their origin story is one of betrayal and thirst for power that has had far-reaching consequences throughout the series. The constant struggle between the forces of Heaven and Hell, with humanity caught in the middle, creates such a compelling backdrop for the games.
One of my favorite myths from the series is the story of Deckard Cain and his role as the last of the Horadrim. His knowledge and wisdom have been instrumental in guiding heroes throughout the games, and his connection to the lore of Sanctuary is truly intriguing.
