40 days no cigarettes
Over a year no green – not that I wanted to quit the green, I just figured why not at the time.
No Alcohol either in over a year.
Cutting back on the Caffeine also.
Aerobic Exercising everyday.
Lifting weights almost everyday, have to give muscles time to recover from that.
