Thanks for the tip! I find that using crowd control spells like Hold Person or Sleep can be really effective against Mind Flayers, giving you the upper hand in battle. Also, having a well-rounded party with diverse abilities can make a huge difference in tough fights. What classes are you currently running in your party composition?
