I just finished rewatching Serial Experiments Lain, and I’m still blown away by its mind-bending storyline and thought-provoking themes. The way the show explores the blurred boundaries between the real world and the digital realm is so ahead of its time. Lain’s journey of self-discovery and her questioning of reality really resonated with me. The atmosphere and soundtrack are hauntingly beautiful and add so much to the overall experience. It’s a series that stays with you long after you’ve finished watching it. Truly a masterpiece of the cyberpunk genre.
