Personally, I enjoy playing as a Wizard, and one of my favorite Rune combinations is for the Explosive Blast skill. Pairing the Chain Reaction Rune with the Short Fuse Rune creates this explosive chain reaction that deals massive area damage, perfect for clearing out groups of enemies quickly.
