Hey pilots! Just wanted to share some dogfighting tactics that have been working well for me in War Thunder. When engaging an enemy, always try to have the altitude advantage – it gives you more options to maneuver and escape if needed. Keep an eye on your speed and energy management, don’t get too fixated on chasing one target if it puts you in a vulnerable position. One tactic I like to use is called “Boom and Zoom,” where I dive down on an enemy, take a shot, and then zoom back up to regain altitude. It’s all about hit-and-run tactics to minimize the time you spend in the enemy’s firing range. Also, I find that using flaps strategically can help me outmaneuver opponents in tight situations.
