Secondly, don’t forget to steal from every enemy you come across. You can get some rare and useful items that will give you an edge in battles.

When you reach the floor with the mayor’s office, be sure to search the room thoroughly for hidden items and clues. This will help you progress through the mission smoothly.

Lastly, for the boss battle with Rufus and Dark Nation, focus your attacks on Dark Nation first to reduce the boss’s overall strength. Utilize your Limit Breaks for maximum damage and healing.
