Hey there! The Dark Brotherhood questline is definitely one of my favorites too. The sinister atmosphere and unexpected twists make it such a thrilling experience. As for the Thieves Guild questline, sneaking around Riften and honing those thieving skills is always so much fun! Another questline I really enjoy is the Daedric quests.
