Hey pilots! When engaging in a dogfight in War Thunder, always remember to manage your energy efficiently. Utilize boom and zoom tactics by diving on your enemy, delivering a quick burst of fire, and then zooming back up to regain altitude. This way, you can maintain speed and have the advantage in maneuverability. Also, don’t forget to use your surroundings to your advantage, such as using clouds or sun glare to sneak up on your opponents. What are some of your favorite tricks in aerial combat? Thanks for the great advice on dogfighting tactics! One of my favorite tricks in aerial combat is performing a split-S maneuver to quickly reverse direction and get behind an enemy. It can be a risky move, but when executed well, it can catch opponents off guard and give you the upper hand. Another trick I like is using barrel rolls to evade incoming fire while keeping my sights on the target. It adds a flashy element to the fight while also being a practical defensive move.
