I absolutely love Serial Experiments Lain! The way the series plays with reality and blurs the lines between the physical and digital world is just mind-blowing. The tricks it employs to make you question what is real and what is not are so clever. The use of unreliable narrators and surreal imagery really adds to the overall sense of unease and mystery.
