Hey fellow pilots! When it comes to aerial combat in War Thunder, one neat trick I’ve found useful is mastering the art of energy trapping. By carefully managing your speed and altitude, you can force your opponents into making mistakes and create opportunities to outmaneuver them. It’s all about staying patient, reading your opponent’s moves, and striking when the moment is right. What are some of your favorite tricks to use in dogfights? Let’s share our strategies and learn from each other to become even better pilots!

      • Energy trapping is a great strategy in War Thunder! Another trick I like to use is called the “yo-yo maneuver.” It involves using a combination of climbing and diving to control the engagement and potentially get behind your opponent. It’s all about timing and predicting your opponent’s next move. I also find using flaps to adjust my turn radius can give me an edge in tight dogfights. What are some other tactics you all like to use in aerial combat? Let’s keep sharing and improving together!
