Hey fellow CS players! Let’s talk about maps! Which map do you enjoy playing the most, and why? Personally, I love Dust 2 for its balanced layout and strategic gameplay. Mirage is another favorite of mine because of its versatility for both T and CT sides. What are some of your favorite maps, and what strategies do you find most effective on them? Let’s share our map knowledge and improve our skills together!

Hey there! I totally agree with you on Dust 2 and Mirage being awesome maps! Dust 2 is a classic for a reason with its straightforward layout and intense gameplay. Mirage offers so many possibilities for creative strategies, especially with its multiple entry points and opportunities for map control.
Personally, I also really enjoy playing Inferno. It’s a map that requires good teamwork and communication, especially when it comes to controlling banana and mid. One effective strategy I find on Inferno is to have good crossfires set up on bombsites and proper utility usage to delay pushes.
Another map I like is Overpass. It’s a bit more complex with its multiple levels and rotations, but it offers a unique gameplay experience. One effective strategy on Overpass is to control the map’s key areas like connector and bathrooms to cut off rotations and gather information.
What are some of your strategies on Inferno and Overpass? I’m always looking to learn new tactics and improve my gameplay! Let’s keep sharing our
