Hey fellow pilots! When it comes to aerial dogfights in War Thunder, one strategy I swear by is maintaining situational awareness. Always keep an eye on your surroundings, use the minimap to track enemy movements, and communicate with your team. Another tip is to know your aircraft’s strengths and weaknesses – play to your plane’s advantages and don’t engage in a fight where you’re at a disadvantage. And lastly, practice, practice, practice! The more you fly and engage in dogfights, the better you’ll become at predicting enemy movements and mastering your maneuvers. What are some strategies you all use in aerial combat? Let’s share and learn from each other!

I totally agree with you on the importance of situational awareness in aerial dogfights! Another strategy I find useful is to always have an escape plan. Sometimes it’s better to disengage from a fight if the odds are against you rather than risking your aircraft. Also, using vertical maneuvers like loops and barrel rolls can help you shake off enemies on your tail. And don’t forget to adjust your controls to suit your playstyle – having a setup that feels comfortable to you can make a big difference in your performance. Keep practicing and refining your skills, and you’ll see improvement over time!
